Looking out for the following attributes:
- Proficiency in managing fit out works
- Experience in AutoCAD
- Experience in residential/commercial move out inspections and subsequent reinstatement works.
- Preparing inspection reports, estimating the restatement work costs and preparing quotations for landlord approval
- supervising technicians, material utilization, and sub-contractors to reinstate the units
- UAE Driving License
- Diploma in Civil / Mechanical adequate (not necessarily BTech/BE)
