The Site Supervisor will oversee on-site execution of high-end interior fit-out projects, ensuring superior craftsmanship, strict adherence to timelines, and compliance with quality and safety standards. The role demands strong attention to detail, coordination with multiple stakeholders, and hands-on supervision of luxury finishes and bespoke installations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Site Execution & Supervision
- Supervise daily site activities for interior fit-out works (joinery, finishes, MEP coordination, etc.)
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines
- Monitor subcontractors, carpenters, and skilled labor for quality and productivity
- Ensure proper installation of bespoke furniture, fixtures, and custom elements
2. Quality Control
- Maintain high-quality standards aligned with luxury project expectations
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure flawless finishes and detailing
- Identify and rectify defects or deviations promptly
- Ensure materials used match approved samples and specifications
3. Project Coordination
- Coordinate with project managers, designers, and suppliers for smooth execution
- Liaise with MEP teams and other contractors to avoid clashes and delays
- Track site progress and provide daily/weekly updates
4. Planning & Scheduling
- Prepare daily work schedules and allocate manpower efficiently
- Ensure timely completion of activities as per project program
- Assist in sequencing of works to maintain workflow efficiency
5. Health & Safety Compliance
- Enforce site safety regulations and ensure safe working conditions
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and company HSE policies
6. Material & Resource Management
- Monitor material usage and minimize wastage
- Coordinate with procurement for timely delivery of materials
- Maintain site inventory and tools
7. Client & Stakeholder Interaction
- Support site visits with clients, consultants, and authorities
- Ensure client expectations for luxury finishes and detailing are met
- Address site-related queries and provide solutions
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field
- 4–8 years of experience in interior fit-out, preferably in luxury residential, retail, or hospitality projects
- Strong knowledge of joinery, finishes, and fit-out execution
- Familiarity with UAE authority regulations and approvals
- Ability to read technical drawings and shop drawings
- Strong leadership and communication skills
