Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Supervisor, located in El Alamein. The Site Supervisor will oversee daily on-site operations, ensuring compliance with company standards and client requirements. Responsibilities include supervising teams, managing schedules, ensuring safety and quality standards are met, and coordinating with clients and stakeholders. The Site Supervisor will also handle problem resolution and report operational updates to management.

- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address operational challenges efficiently.
- Prior experience in facility management or supervision is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Adaptable, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar project management tools is advantageous.
