Job Title
Site Technician
Job Scope
The Site Technician is responsible for running and maintaining equipment, assembling processes, monitoring and checking the product quality. S/He documents results and updates project teams on progress and issues.
Main Duties And Responsibilities
- Set up and operate different machines, run and monitor the output of machine tool
- Keep equipment in good working order by performing regular inspection, cleaning, servicing along with routine and preventative maintenance
- Maintain and assist with the installation and troubleshooting of any necessary equipment/system
- Identify faults and attend to breakdowns with minimal downtime to production
- Keep maintenance logs and proper documentation
- Follow strict internal protocols and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Ensure the safe and appropriate operation and storage of all technical equipment and systems
- Respond to technical issues in a timely manner and escalate problems as needed
- Submit regular updates on work progression and deliverables.
Position Requirements
Education
High School or Technical Diploma.
Experience
At least 2 years of relevant experience.
