Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle services, repairs,
- Maintain digital and paper filing systems.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and telephone enquiries.
- Liaise with mechanics, technicians, and workshop supervisors to ensure workflow efficiency.
- Allocate jobs and track status to meet deadlines.
- Update systems with diagnostic notes, repair actions, and parts used.
- Monitor stock levels of parts, tools, and consumables.
- Verify goods received and maintain accurate inventory logs.
- Ensure all vehicles and workshop operations meet legal and safety requirements.
- Maintain traffic inspection logs, and compliance documentation.
Skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy workshop environment
- Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance.
