Role Summary
The purpose of this role is to conduct Private & Group Ski or Snowboard lessons, ensuring a high standard of customer service. Always provide full supervision of the guests during lessons and a high safety standard during lessons.
ROLE PROFILE
- Deliver private and group ski/snow lessons for all skill levels, including guests with special needs, while maintaining high customer service standards.
- Handle guest inquiries professionally and provide guidance on lessons, bookings, sales, and available services.
- Ensure all rental equipment is checked, properly fitted, and safe before guest use.
- Take responsibility for guests throughout lessons, ensuring safety and compliance with access control procedures.
- Support revenue growth through upselling lessons, promoting Ski Egypt services, and assisting in achieving academy targets
- Participate in instructor training programs, support onboarding of new joiners, and assist in competitions and events.
- Maintain professional appearance, follow company grooming standards, and comply with all SOPs, HSE, and workplace policies.
- Remain flexible to work shifts, weekends, holidays, and assist other departments or perform additional duties when required.
Requirements
- Certified Ski/Snowboard Instructor with an international qualification.
- Minimum one season in a Ski Academy with prior kids teaching experience.
- Advanced skiing/snowboarding skills with the ability to instruct at a professional level.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English with strong communication skills.
- Strong teamwork, customer service focus, and effective teaching methods.
- Good organization, planning skills, and flexibility to work shifts.
