You are our candidate if:

Beauty business expertise skincare/wellness, NOT building architecture

Treatment technology devices, protocols, 2024 trends

Team builder hiring, training, managing staff

Sales campaigns design, execute, measure ROI

Dual channel salon + e-commerce, integrated

Profit-driven not just launch, deliver P&L results

Dubai market minimum 2 years in Dubai beauty industry

Who is this role for

• A business builder, not a building architect.
• Someone who has owned a P&L Profit & Loss, not just blueprints.
• Someone who will make Elaris the skincare authority in Dubai and online.
