General Description/Purpose:
The Commercial / Corporate Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing business needs, identifying opportunities for improvement, and supporting strategic decision-making within the corporate segment. The role involves working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, evaluate processes, and deliver data-driven insights that enhance business performance
Essential Duties (Major responsibilities of this position):
- Prepare and submit comprehensive Credit Applications / Annual review to the Credit Department to obtain required approvals.
- Analyze clients financial statements and assess creditworthiness to support recommendations.
- Liaise directly with the Credit team to discuss cases and address inquiries related to submitted applications.
- Follow up on credit cases from submission to final decision, ensuring timely processing.
- Collect and validate all required documents and information prior to submission.
- Coordinate with Relationship Managers and relevant stakeholders to ensure accuracy and completeness of data.
- Address Credit team feedback and update applications in line with their requirements.
- Ensure compliance with internal credit policies and procedures.
- Continuously improve the quality of credit reports to enhance approval rates and reduce processing
- Monitor and track clients under Watch List, ensuring proper documentation, timely reviews, and escalation when needed.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- 25 years of experience in Business Analysis, preferably in corporate or banking sector.
