About the Role:
We are looking for a talented and proactive SMM Manager to work on developing personal brands through social media. Your task will not simply be to create content, but to build brand awareness, strengthen professional image, and support the establishment of a strong digital presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement personal brand growth strategies on Instagram
- Create content plans, select topics and publication formats
- Generate and adapt content (posts, reels, stories) aligned with branding goals
- Actively use AI tools to generate and optimize visual content
- Research trends and identify new ideas to increase engagement
- Coordinate photoshoots: prepare concepts, select looks, locations, and props
- Analyze content and profile performance: engagement, follower growth, interactions
- Prepare regular reports with insights and improvement recommendations
What We Are Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in social media management, preferably related to personal brand development (not mandatory)
- Strong understanding of current SMM and content marketing trends
- Experience working with AI tools for visual content creation
- Excellent copywriting skills: fluent writing, ability to craft engaging texts
- Attention to detail, self-motivation, and a strong sense of responsibility
- English level Upper Intermediate or higher
