We're expanding our content team and looking for Social Media Managers (SMM) to join long-term content projects alongside an established team. This role is ideal for someone who understands social platforms, growth strategies, and enjoys working in a structured, professional remote environment.
Role Overview:
- Remote position

- Work on high-performing content for popular social media accounts
- Collaborate closely with content, design, and video editing teams
Responsibilities:
- Managing and growing social media accounts (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok etc.)
- Publishing content according to a content plan
- Writing captions and adapting messaging for different platforms
- Monitoring engagement and responding when required
- Analyzing performance and suggesting improvements
- Coordinating with designers and editors to ensure content quality
- Making adjustments based on feedback and performance metrics
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience as an SMM or in social media management
- Strong understanding of social media trends and algorithms
- Experience with content planning and analytics
- Good written English
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
