We are a team with an entrepreneurial spirit, growing rapidly and looking for a Social influencer executive to drive our digital presence and engagement across our key markets of the US and UK, which currently represent over 80% of our social media audience.
The Role
Were looking for a digitally-savvy and aesthetically-driven Social & Influencer Executive to support our fast-paced, Millenial, Gen Z & Gen Alpha-focused beauty & skincare brand across influencer activations and key social channels.
This is a hybrid role bridging influencer discovery, outreach, and campaign support with hands-on content scheduling across Pinterest, YouTube, Facebook, Snapchat, and LinkedIn. Youll be a core part of our growing social team, working closely with our influencer manager and social leads to keep our brand culturally relevant and visually on point.
Responsibilities
Influencer discovery and management.
- Build and maintain our global roster of micro, mid-tier, and mega influencers across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
- Help vet creators for alignment with our aesthetic, tone of voice, and engagement quality
- Support influencer outreach, seeding, briefing, and relationship management
- Assist with campaign logistics, gifting tracking, deliverable approvals, and reporting
- Flag standout talent and rising creators to activate before they peak
Social Media Support
- Support posting and scheduling content across Pinterest, YouTube Shorts, Snapchat, and LinkedIn
- Help build channel-specific content calendars and maintain visual consistency
- Use trends, analytics, and cultural insights to guide platform-specific ideas
- Source and repurpose UGC and influencer content for multi-channel use
- Have a strong grasp of beauty trends, visual storytelling, and scroll-stopping moments
- Maintain an obsession with packaging, colours, textures, transitions, and how content feels
- Support content ideation sessions and help brief creators to meet visual standards
What we are looking for;
- 12 years of experience in a social media or influencer support role (internships or freelance included)
- Strong understanding of social-first beauty and Millenial, Gen Z, Gen Alpha culture
- Experience working across or posting to Pinterest, TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, LinkedIn & YouTube
- Confident identifying creator potential and speaking with influencers or their agents
- Organised, collaborative, and always up-to-date on platform trends
- Great written communication and visual judgement, especially for on-brand captions and creator briefing
- Basic tools knowledge: Canva, CapCut, Hootsuite, Asana and Slack.
- Bonus: Knowledge of Tribe Dynamics and Creator IQ is a plus
