Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end social media accounts for multiple clients across different industries
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring strong relationships and smooth communication
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with client objectives
- Coordinate with creative, content, and performance teams to deliver campaigns
- Oversee content calendars, approvals, posting, and community management
- Track performance, analyze insights, and prepare monthly reports with actionable recommendations
- Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in social media account management (agency experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of major platforms: Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X (Twitter), Facebook
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously
- Experience working with analytics and reporting tools
