The Opportunity
We are working with a well-established Dubai-based creative and social media agency who are looking to hire an Arabic-speaking Social Media Account Manager to join their growing team.
This role will sit at the heart of the agency, managing beauty, fashion and lifestyle clients, acting as the key point of contact and ensuring the seamless delivery of always-on and campaign-led social media work.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned beauty and fashion clients
- Manage client relationships, expectations and ongoing communication in both Arabic and English
- Lead social media account management across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat and Facebook
- Translate client briefs into clear, actionable deliverables for creative, content and community teams
- Oversee content calendars, campaign timelines and approvals
- Ensure work is delivered on time, on brief and to a high standard
- Support with social strategy, content ideas and campaign planning
- Monitor performance, pull insights and contribute to reporting and client presentations
- Identify opportunities to grow accounts and support upsell conversations
Requirements
- Arabic speaker (native or fluent) essential
- Minimum 24 years experience in a social media account management role within an agency
- Proven experience working on beauty, fashion or lifestyle brands
- Strong understanding of social platforms, trends and influencers in the MENA market
- Confident managing multiple clients and fast-paced agency workflows
- Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail

- Exposure to influencer marketing or paid social
- Experience presenting insights and recommendations to senior clients
