I'm working with a leading global PR agency in Dubai that is looking to hire a Social Media Account Manager to join their growing team.

This role sits across high-profile government accounts, so we're looking for someone who understands the nuances of public sector communications - ideally with experience across economic development, tourism, or national initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day social media management across key government accounts
• Develop and execute always-on and campaign-led social strategies
• Work closely with internal teams (PR, content, strategy) to deliver fully integrated campaigns
• Manage client relationships, acting as a trusted and proactive point of contact
• Oversee content creation ensuring it aligns with government tone, messaging, and cultural context
• Monitor performance and provide actionable insights and reporting

What we're looking for:

• 4-6+ years experience in social media, ideally within a PR or integrated agency
• Strong experience working on government, public sector, or semi-government accounts
• Exposure to economy, tourism, or national development sectors is highly preferred
• Confident managing clients and presenting work
• Strong understanding of content strategy, platform trends, and social analytics
• Arabic is a strong advantage but not essential
