Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage high-performing real estate advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok to drive conversions and generate qualified leads.
  • Create/Evaluate ad creatives, including images, videos, and copy, tailored for each platform.
  • Analyze, monitor and report on campaign performance, using insights to optimize and improve current/future campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align advertising efforts with overall marketing strategies and goals.
  • Manage ad accounts, allocate budgets, and ensure campaigns are cost-effective.
  • Maintain an organized library of digital assets and ad creatives for easy access and future use.
  • Reply to people who contact us on social media, ensuring timely and professional communication.
  • Stay updated with the latest platform changes, advertising policies, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with a specialization in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media advertising is a must.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate social media advertising is a must.
  • Proficiency on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok Ads Manager.
  • Strong understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, and segmentation strategies.
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to make informed decisions and optimizations.
  • Experience with A/B testing and performance analysis.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong creative skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices.
