Role Overview
We are hiring a Social Media & Growth Strategist to own the strategy, ideation, and execution of social media growth across AYLA's platforms.
This role is not a design or video editing role.
You will work closely with a Graphic Designer / Video Editor, focusing primarily on ideas, growth strategy, content direction, and performance optimization.
Your core mission is simple and measurable:
Grow AYLA's followers organically and consistently across all platforms
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Growth & Strategy (Primary Focus)
Own and execute AYLA's social media growth strategy with a strong focus on organic follower growth
Generate creative ideas for posts, reels, videos, trends, campaigns, and experiments that drive reach and follows
Identify and leverage trends, formats, hashtags, timing, and platform-specific growth tactics
Continuously test, iterate, and optimize content strategies based on performance
Content Planning & Direction
Build weekly and monthly content plans and posting schedules
Define clear content pillars (educational, inspirational, lifestyle, product storytelling, behind-the-scenes, etc.)
Brief the Graphic Designer / Video Editor with clear creative direction, concepts, and references
Ensure all content aligns with AYLA's brand voice, positioning, and target audience
Platform Management
Manage and oversee AYLA's presence on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
Schedule and publish content consistently
Write or guide captions, hashtags, and basic SEO-optimized descriptions
Monitor analytics and report on growth, engagement, and reach
Community & Moderation (Early Stage)
Moderate comments and messages during the early traction phase
Engage with followers, reply to comments where appropriate, and help build an authentic community
Monitor feedback, FAQs, and audience sentiment
Campaigns & Collaborations
Suggest and plan growth-focused campaigns (launch build-up, teasers, giveaways, collaborations, etc.)
Support influencer and model photoshoot coordination from a content and strategy perspective
Work closely with the founders to align social media strategy with brand and business goals
What This Role Is NOT
No graphic design or video editing required

Ideal Profile
Proven experience in social media growth, digital marketing, or content strategy
Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook algorithms
Creative, analytical, and highly proactive
Comfortable working in an early-stage startup environment
Experience in fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands is a strong plus
Results-driven mindset with a clear focus on numbers and growth
