About the Role:
We are seeking a Media & Brand Marketing Manager with a strong focus on content creation, viral marketing and AI-driven creativity. The ideal candidate will develop engaging, shareable content and drive brand visibility through creative campaigns and influencer collaborations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, etc.) and Q-commerce platforms (Amazon, Noon, Careem, Instashop, etc) with a focus on viral and trend-driven formats.
- Use AI tools to generate ideas, visuals and videos that resonate with audiences.
- Collaborate with influencers and manage partnerships to amplify reach.
- Monitor social media trends and adapt content strategies accordingly.
- Analyse performance metrics and optimize content for maximum impact.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
- Strong understanding of viral content, trends and audience engagement.
- Experience working with influencers and managing influencer campaigns.
- Familiarity with AI content creation tools, including but not limited to: ChatGPT / Jasper (captions, scripts), Midjourney / DALLE (visuals), Canva AI / Adobe Firefly (design automation), and/or Runway / Synthesia (video generation)
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
- Analytical and data-driven mindset with proficiency in reporting analysis.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the UAE market and cultural nuances.
