Job Title: Media Buyer (E-commerce / Digital Marketing)

Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and data-driven Media Buyer with 5+ years of experience in digital advertising, technical SEO, landing page optimization, email marketing campaigns, and e-commerce platforms (Shopify & WooCommerce). The ideal candidate understands the full acquisition funnel and can optimize both traffic and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, and other platforms.
  • Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and market insights to guide targeting and creative strategy.
  • Optimize landing pages for higher conversion rates (CRO) and ensure best practices in structure, speed, layout, and usability.
  • Apply technical SEO to improve landing page performance, indexing, load speed, and quality scores.
  • Manage and update landing pages within Shopify and WooCommerce.
  • Create, plan, and optimize email marketing campaigns, including automations, flows, and retargeting sequences (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Use CRM platforms for segmentation, customer journey mapping, and behavior-based retargeting.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, conversions) and generate actionable insights.
  • Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, landing pages, funnels, and email flows.
  • Collaborate with creative and development teams on content, ads, and customer journeys.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports showing results, insights, and improvement recommendations.
  • Stay updated with advertising platform changes and e-commerce marketing trends.
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable e-commerce applications and websites.
  • Integrate payment gateways, inventory management systems, and third-party APIs.
  • Implement SEO best practices and analytics tracking within web applications.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align technical solutions with campaign goals.
  • Manage and optimize social media ad campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads).
  • Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights for improvement.
  • Ensure website security, performance, and compliance with industry standards.

  • Requirements

    • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Media Buyer or Performance Marketer.
    • Strong experience with Shopify and WooCommerce.
    • Solid understanding of technical SEO (site speed, indexing, structure, on-page optimization).
    • Experience building and optimizing email campaigns and automation flows.
    • Strong knowledge of CRM systems and audience segmentation.
    • Advanced proficiency in analytics tools (GA4, Shopify analytics, tracking pixels, UTM setup).
    • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret performance data.
    • Strong communication, reporting, and teamwork skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
    • Proven experience in e-commerce development (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or custom platforms).
    • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).
    • Hands-on experience as a Social Media Buyer, including budgeting and ROI optimization.
    • Proficiency in programming languages (JavaScript, PHP, Python) and frameworks (React, Laravel, Django).
    • Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure) and database management (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
    • Agency experience is a plus.
    • Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, SEO, or CRM platforms.
    • Experience with CRO tools, funnel building, heatmaps, and A/B testing tools.
    • MUST BE AN ARABIC SPEAKER
