About the Job
- Fully fluent in English and Arabic, this job will be 70% community via reputation management and 30% creative social media support.
- Based at our Dubai HQ.
- GymNation is looking for a Social Media Community Executive who lives and breathes fitness, social media, and community culture.
- This role is all about engaging our members, managing our online presence, and helping bring GymNation's community to life across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Snapchat and review sites such as Google, TripAdvisor & Reddit.
- Working closely with the Social Media Manager and Marketing team, you'll help drive engagement, create hype around events and challenges, and make GymNation the most talked-about gym brand in the region.
Key Responsibilities
Build, manage, and engage GymNation's online community across all social platforms.
Respond to comments, DMs, tags, and community conversations in GymNation's tone of voice.
Monitor and manage reviews across Google, Reddit, TripAdvisor, Maps, Quora and other key platforms.
Support content creation and execution, especially around community events, challenges, and gym activations.
Be the go-to person for influencer community management - building relationships and supporting collaborations.
Spot trends, create timely content ideas, and help keep GymNation ahead of the curve.
Skills Required
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with an eye for trends and engaging content.
Confident managing community feedback and customer service conversations.
Strong understanding of social media & review platforms
