Overview:
We are seeking a talented Social Media Specialist & Content Creator to manage our social media platforms, develop creative digital content, and support brand growth through engaging storytelling and performance-based marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, create, and publish high-quality content (photos, videos, reels, stories, graphics) across all social media platforms
- Manage paid ads and content boosting
- Manage daily posting schedules and content calendars
- Write compelling captions, headlines, and calls-to-action
- Monitor social media analytics and optimize content for engagement and conversions
- Collaborate with sales teams to support campaigns and promotions
- Manage comments, messages, and community engagement
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist, Content Creator, or similar role
- Strong skills in photography, videography, and editing tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.)
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Understanding of branding, digital marketing, and audience targeting
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
