At Al Subaiha Furniture we're building a brand, not just posting videos. We want a social media content creator + video editor who thinks like a storyteller, edits like a pro, and creates like a maniac.

What you will do (daily):

• Plan, shoot, edit and publish short-form & long-form content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Reels & Shorts.
• Brainstorm fresh, out-of-the-box content ideas NOT copy others blindly.
• Be comfortable on camera AND behind the camera.
• Turn raw content into storytelling (hooks, pacing, captions, overlays, sound design).
• Build content calendars, track performance, iterate fast.
• Repurpose long videos into multiple clips.
• Stay updated on trends AND know when to ignore useless trends.
• Work closely with founder/marketing team to shape brand voice.
• Take responsibility for deadlines. No babysitting.

Can handle longer hours when required

Thinks creatively, fast, and independently

Loves experimenting and pushing limits

Has strong storytelling instinct

Understands brand, aesthetics, and emotion

Skills you MUST bring

• Strong video editing (Premiere Pro / Final Cut / CapCut etc.)
• Solid camera handling (phone or professional gear)
• Good sense of lighting, framing and audio
• English communication (bonus if multilingual)
• Social media platform knowledge and analytics understanding

Experience:

We care more about your work than your certificates.

If your portfolio is weak you're out.
