Job Description
Task 1: Share monthly content with Malls
Each mall has a dedicated platform where we need to upload our pictures and posts (Around 5 posts per month) every month.
Posts captions need to be changed to match the mall details. The social media coordinator could also engage more with the mall followers to create awareness of our brand by commenting on posts and liking comments.

Task 2: Schedule posts for social media channels for UAE and Oman
Upload all posts copy and photos to later.com and Zoho social to schedule content for these platforms:

Manual tasks which can t be automated for UAE and Oman channels:
After a social media post has gone live, we need to add a comment with hashtags on Instagram, this is very important to ensure increase reach. Otherwise, you will get 1 or 2 likes only.
Instagram posts need to be manually pushed from later.com because Instagram does not let you post more than one picture automatically.
Twitter posts for Oman need to be re-written to match the character allowance.
Instagram messages need to be replied from the app. Enquiries need to be manually passed on to the sales team on Cliq.
Manually post Insta stories on UAE and Oman accounts. This is very important to increase reach.
Manually post Reels on UAE accounts. This cannot be automated and it s a very time-consuming task.
Engage with audience and followers, like posts and send comments to increase reach.
Research Social media interior designers, architects and contractors in the UAE and Oman and follow them on Instagram.
Task 5: Manage social media collaborations with Influencers
Coordinate with influencers to finalise terms and conditions for the agreement
Ensure influencers cover their deliverables
Ensure we re-post all content provided by influencers
Task 4: Arrange monthly photoshoot for freelance photographer
Coordinate with interior designers and freelance photographer to schedule a photoshoot of their projects.
Manage the monthly photoshoot spreadsheet to ensure we get photoshoots of new products or products we haven t photographed before.
Coordinate with freelance photographer photoshoots of new products in the warehouse.
Coordinate interviews with Interior designers to ensure we have at least 1 interview per month, which should be shouted the day that we are photographing the project.
Task 5: Approve monthly Google and Facebook reviews from sales team
Follow-up with all sales assistant to ensure they participate in the incentive program and approve their monthly excel file. At present its always the same guys sending monthly reviews, so the other guys need to chase and reminded of the program.
Ensure all Google my business stores have a rating of over 4 starts.
