We are looking for Social Media & Digital Content Executive that will be responsible for managing Ahmadyar Developments social media presence across all platforms, ensuring consistent brand storytelling, high-quality content, and strong audience engagement.
This role plays a key part in positioning Ahmadyar Developments as a trusted, design-led real estate developer through strategic content, timely communication, and creative execution.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
Manage and maintain all social media platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube (as applicable)
Plan, schedule, publish, and monitor daily content aligned with brand guidelines
Ensure consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging across all platforms
Monitor comments, messages, and inquiries; respond or coordinate with relevant teams
Content Creation & Storytelling
Create engaging content including posts, reels, stories, short videos, captions, and basic graphics
Coordinate photo and video shoots for projects, events, site progress, and brand campaigns
Assist in developing project-specific storytelling (launches, construction updates, lifestyle content, handovers, community features)
Write clear, compelling captions aligned with the brand voice
Planning & Strategy
Assist in creating monthly and quarterly content calendars
Identify content trends, platform updates, and opportunities relevant to real estate and lifestyle branding
Suggest creative ideas to improve engagement, reach, and brand awareness
Analytics & Reporting
Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth, leads where applicable)
Prepare basic social media performance reports
Use insights to improve content strategy and posting schedules
Coordination & Compliance
Work closely with designers, videographers, agencies, and internal stakeholders
Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, platform policies, and brand standards
Maintain organized content archives and posting schedules
Requirements:
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field (preferred)
3 years of experience in social media management (real estate experience is a plus)
Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
Basic knowledge of design and video tools (Canva, Adobe, CapCut, etc.)
Excellent written English (Arabic is a plus)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Creative mindset with attention to detail
