Job Description

CTZAR is a social-first strategic & creative agency powered by an in-house production studio. 

As part of The Independents Group, CTZAR partners with brands & maisons across industries such as luxury, lifestyle, fashion, beauty and wines & spirits. The agency goal is clear - to support these brands & maisons on social media, influence and content creation. Headquartered in Paris with an international team and offices around the world, CTZAR crafts culturally relevant strategies and campaigns that deliver global impact.

KEY ROLE

  •  To assist clients in defining and implementing their social media communication strategies (owned, earned, paid) as well as content production.
  • To lead project teams to ensure proper execution of projects and maintain quality client relationships.
  • To retain and develop your relationship with this client and generate further collaboration opportunities.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

  • Build a high-quality client relationship based on trust and high standards.
  • Ensure the performance and quality of your projects. Monitor optimizations with internal teams.
  • Supervise your team on a daily basis: ensure the development of the skills of your team members, help them achieve their goals, and ensure the quality of their tasks.
  • Ensure that all your activities, as well as those of your team, comply with the agency's processes and methodologies.
  • Manage your priorities as well as those of your team.
  • Establish budgets that ensure the financial viability of the agency and ensure their respect.
  • Develop margins, supervise negotiations, and financial management of your account.
  • Define realistic KPIs for each of your projects and oversee their tracking.
  • Detect and pursue market opportunities to commercially develop your client portfolio.
  • Create reactive or proactive client recommendations: produce written documents.
  • Work closely with the Production Studio.
  • Monitor innovations related to social media, influencer marketing, and e-commerce.

KEY ATTRIBUTES | QUALIFICATIONS

  • 10 to 15 years of experience in a creative social media, digital, or advertising agency, with prior management experience.
  • A strong interest in digital and social media, and a good understanding of the strategic challenges brands face on these channels.
  • Proactive, with excellent listening skills, you understand clients evolving needs.
  • You are enthusiastic, dynamic, and thoughtful: you enjoy sharing your experience to help grow your team.
  • You demonstrate good strategic and creative judgment, as well as a strong sense of aesthetics.
  • You are proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Arabic. French is a plus but not mandatory.
