JOB PURPOSE:

To create and publish engaging social media content across multiple brands, ensuring alignment with strategy and driving audience engagement.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:

Content Creation & Publishing

Create engaging content across brands, including captions, visuals, and scheduling aligned with each brand's tone.

Platform & Cultural Relevance

Adapt content to platform formats, trends, and audience behavior, ensuring cultural relevance.

Collaboration & Ideation

Work with the Content Manager and team to develop creative, insight-driven content ideas.

Account Ownership

Manage daily publishing, monitoring, and maintain an accurate content calendar.

Trends & Awareness

Stay updated on trends and competitors to identify relevant opportunities.

Performance & Contribution

Track performance, share insights, meet deadlines, and demonstrate strong English proficiency while confidently presenting and pitching ideas to clients.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media Studies, or related field

Experience

2-4 years of proven experience in content strategy or content creation, preferably within agency or entertainment/media environments.

Skills

• Strong content creation and copywriting skills

• Platform-savvy with solid understanding of social media best practices

• Highly trend-aware with the ability to apply viral concepts creatively

• Culturally relevant mindset that resonates with modern audiences

• Visually driven approach with attention to aesthetics and brand identity

• Proficient in English with excellent communication skills

• Confident in presenting ideas and pitching creative concepts
