Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Executive to manage and grow our online presence across global social platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about content, trends, and analytics — with the ability to craft compelling narratives, engage communities, and support brand awareness and lead generation initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

  • Work with social media agency to plan, schedule, and publish daily social media posts across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Assist in developing and implementing monthly content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and brand objectives.
  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and regional teams to create engaging multimedia content.
  • Ensure all content adheres to brand voice, visual identity, and compliance guidelines.
  • Support paid campaign launches and assist in community management during activations and events.
  • Monitor and engage with audiences, responding promptly to messages, comments, and inquiries.
  • Track social trends and identify opportunities for real-time engagement or topical content.
  • Assist in managing influencer collaborations and user-generated content initiatives, including brief creation and results tracking.
  • Track social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, impressions, CTR, etc.) using platform insights and analytics tools.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations for growth and optimization, including benchmarking against key competitors.
  • Monitor competitors and emerging trends to keep the brand ahead of the curve.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in social media management, preferably within finance, technology, or agency environments.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and audience engagement tactics.
  • Proficiency in social scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.).
  • Excellent written and visual communication skills with attention to tone and detail.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design or video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, CapCut) is a plus.
  • Creative, organized, and proactive with the ability to manage multiple platforms and deadlines.
