We're Hiring: Social Media Executive (Arabic)

Location: Dubai, UAE

Our client has been leading the launch and management of social media campaigns across KSA and the UAE for over a decade, working with some of the region's most renowned brands.

As part of their continued growth, they are seeking a Social Media Executive to join their fast-growing team in Dubai.

About the Role

This role is ideal for a proactive social media professional with 34 years of hands-on experience, who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and enjoys working across multiple brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Social Media Manager in managing up to three client accounts, supporting day-to-day operations and communication.
  • Draft engaging captions and contribute to monthly content calendars aligned with each clients tone and brand identity.
  • Coordinate with copywriters, designers, and video editors to brief and follow up on content deliverables.
  • Monitor platform activity and social media trends to ensure content remains relevant and impactful.
  • Schedule and publish approved content using tools such as Meta Business Suite, Sprout, or similar platforms.
  • Support the preparation of performance reports by compiling analytics, metrics, and insights for weekly/monthly reviews.
  • Attend client events and activations when required, assisting with live coverage and basic mobile content capture.
  • Track internal and client feedback to ensure timely revisions and delivery.
  • Participate in internal team meetings and client calls, ensuring action points are followed through.
  • Document and escalate out-of-scope requests to the Social Media Manager when necessary.
  • Stay updated with the latest features across Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), Facebook, and LinkedIn.

What We're Looking For

  • 34 years of experience in social media management (agency experience preferred)
  • Arabic speaker is preferred
  • Strong copywriting and content coordination skills
  • Familiarity with social media tools, analytics, and reporting
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
