This role is focused on organic growth, algorithm understanding, and performance optimization not content writing or paid ads.

Responsibilities:

Publishing and optimizing content across platforms

Improving organic reach and engagement

Testing posting times, formats, and distribution strategies

Analyzing insights and improving performance

Requirements:

13 years experience in social media management

Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn algorithms

Data-driven mindset

Experience with analytics tools
