We are looking for a creative, strategic, and hands-onSocial Media Managerto manage and grow the digital presence of our clients across multiple industries, including luxury, lifestyle, hospitality, fashion, real estate, and events.
This role is client-facing and requires someone who understands brand positioning, storytelling, and performance-driven content, while being deeply aware of trends in the GCC market.
Key responsabilities
- Manage social media accounts for multiple clients across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook).
- Develop and execute monthly social media strategies aligned with each client's brand identity and objectives.
- Create content calendars including posts, stories, reels, and campaigns.
- Write engaging captions and copy in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Coordinate with designers, videographers, and content creators.
- Be present on-site during events, activations, or shootings when required.
- Monitor performance, insights, and analytics, and provide monthly reports with clear KPIs.
- Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices in the UAE/GCC market.
- Manage community engagement (comments, DMs) in a professional and brand-aligned tone.
- Collaborate closely with the strategy and account management team.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Social Media Manager (agency experience is a strong plus).
- Proven experience managing multiple client accounts.
- Strong understanding of luxury, lifestyle, and premium brands.
- Excellent writing and communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of social media tools (Meta Business Suite, scheduling tools, analytics).
- Based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
