Job Summary

We are looking for a Social Media Specialist who can manage social media end-to-end and is comfortable appearing on screen for a real estate company located in Dubai. The ideal candidate should handle content writing, scripting, content calendar management, and production coordination, bringing energy and creativity to our social channels.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, create, and execute content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, youtube)

Develop and manage a monthly content calendar, ensuring consistent posting and strategic scheduling

Write captions, scripts, and storyboards for videos, reels, and live sessions

Coordinate content production, including shoots, video creation, and approvals

Work closely with designers, videographers, and editors to deliver polished content

Monitor comments, messages, and mentions, responding promptly

Track social media performance and prepare regular reports

Ensure brand tone, messaging, and visual consistency

Stay updated with platform trends, new formats, and content ideas

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven 3- 4 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role

Strong copywriting and scripting skills for social media content

Comfortable appearing on camera and delivering content confidently

Experience in creating and managing content calendars

Experience coordinating content production from concept to publishing

Knowledge of major social media platforms and trends

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Ability to shoot quality content via mobile
