Your Mission:
As our Social Media Manager, you will take full ownership of our digital presence. From capturing raw photos and videos to editing, posting, and analyzing performance, you will craft content that builds our brand, grows followers, drives engagement, and ultimately increases sales. You will be the creative and strategic force behind Crystal Time Awards online identity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shoot and edit high-quality photos and videos for social media content.
- Create engaging posts aligned with Crystal Time Awards brand, tone, and values.
- Manage allcompany social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X) end-to-end.
- Develop strategies to grow followers, increase engagement, and drive website traffic and sales.
- Analyze metrics and algorithms to optimize content performance and campaign impact.
- Plan and execute campaigns that reflect the brand's excellence and nationwide recognition.
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule and ensure all content is polished and professional.
- Stay ahead of social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep the brand innovative and competitive.
Your Expertise:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing social media for a brand, preferably in-house.
- Skilled in photography, videography, and content editing (Canva, Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of social media growth strategies, algorithms, and analytics.
- Excellent English communication skills with creative flair.
- Proven ability to grow engagement, followers, and measurable results.
- Multitasker and self-starter, capable of handling all aspects of social media independently.
