Job Description

Role Objective

The Social Media Manager owns Engosoft's social presence end-to-end.

This role is responsible for driving organic growth, reach, and engagement, leading creative content direction, and managing both content and moderation teams to ensure strong brand visibility, community trust, and measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Growth

Own and execute platform-specific organic growth strategies (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn).

Drive measurable growth in reach, engagement, followers, and brand visibility.

Translate business objectives into content themes, formats, and campaigns.

Benchmark competitors and regional leaders to identify content and growth opportunities.

Creative Leadership

Lead creative ideation: hooks, content angles, formats, trends, and storytelling.

Approve content direction before production (not just scheduling).

Ensure brand voice, tone, and visual consistency across all platforms.

Work closely with Design & Video teams to elevate content quality and performance.

Content & Execution

Build and manage monthly content calendars aligned with campaigns and launches.

Oversee daily publishing, optimization, and iteration based on performance.

Ensure fast adaptation to trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes.

Community & Moderation

Manage the moderation team and define response guidelines.

Ensure timely, professional handling of comments, messages, and inquiries.

Monitor sentiment, feedback, and potential reputation risks.

Escalate insights from community feedback to marketing and product teams.

Performance & Analytics

Track and report organic KPIs (reach, engagement rate, saves, shares, follower growth).

Analyze content performance and turn insights into actionable improvements.

Collaborate with Performance Marketing to align organic and paid content strategies.

Required Experience & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

7+ years in social media management, with 2+ years leading teams.

Proven experience growing organic reach and engagement at scale.

Strong creative judgment and trend awareness (not just execution).

Experience managing moderation or community teams.

Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into content actions.

Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
