About the Role:
We're looking for a Social Media Manager to create modern, high-quality content that feels clean, cohesive, and authentic. This role focuses on turning raw photos and video into engaging daily content across posts, stories, reels, and short-form formats. You'll help maintain a consistent visual identity, keep content moving even during busy periods, and collaborate with internal teams or contributors to capture real moments, without leaning into overly promotional or forced trends.
This role is ideal for someone with strong taste, structure, and an eye for modern social content who enjoys building simple, repeatable systems to keep output consistent.
What You'll Do:
Content Creation & Posting
- Create social content from raw photos and video (posts, stories, reels, short-form clips)
- Maintain a consistent posting cadence with flexibility based on activity
- Ensure content feels modern, polished, and visually cohesive
Creative Direction
- Suggest content ideas and trend-based formats that fit the brand naturally
- Help organize a lightweight content plan to keep momentum
- Coordinate with internal teams or contributors to source authentic content
Light Social Media Management
- Draft captions and basic posting copy aligned with brand voice
- Keep content organized in shared folders and workflows
- Schedule and publish content at appropriate times for the target audience
- Optional: Help build reusable templates or a simple content library
What We're Looking For:
- Experience managing social accounts and creating clean, modern social content
- Strong visual judgment and attention to detail
- Comfortable using common content creation tools and editing from raw assets
- Clear English communication and organized working style
- Reliable, responsive, and able to work with some overlap across time zones
