Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy.
• Manage company accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, SnapChat and X.
• Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar.
• Publish and schedule posts using social media management tools.

Content Creation

• Create engaging content including reels, stories, carousels, and short-form videos.
• Write compelling captions and social media copy.
• Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and designers to produce high-quality content.
• Stay updated on social media trends and incorporate them into campaigns.

Community Management

• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.
• Build relationships with followers and increase community engagement.
• Monitor brand mentions and online reputation.

Paid Campaign Support

• Coordinate with the digital marketing team on Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok campaigns.
• Assist in creating ad creatives and campaign messaging.
• Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements.

Analytics & Reporting

• Track KPIs including engagement, reach, follower growth, and lead generation.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Recommend data-driven improvements to maximize ROI.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in social media management.
• Experience managing business social media accounts.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Canva and CapCut.
• Experience with Meta Business Suite and scheduling tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, or Later.
• Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager is a plus.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the real estate industry is highly preferred.
• Basic photography and videography skills.
• Knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics.
• Experience collaborating with influencers and content creators.
