Group Social Media Manager (Arabic Speaking)

Location: Dubai, UAE

Salary: Up to AED 30,000 per month

We're recruiting a Group Social Media Manager for a leading diversified business in Dubai. This is a high-impact role responsible for shaping and leading the social media strategy across a portfolio of well-established brands spanning multiple industries.

You'll develop and implement a group-wide social media strategy, establish governance and best practices, oversee content direction, and ensure a consistent brand voice across all business units. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you'll drive integrated campaigns, support influencer and paid social initiatives, and use data-driven insights to optimise performance across channels.

We're looking for someone who has:

• 8+ years experience in social media, ideally within a multi-brand organisation or agency.
• Proven experience developing social media strategies across multiple brands or regions.
• Strong content, storytelling, and creative direction skills.
• Experience managing LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, and other social platforms.
• Strong analytics skills with experience using performance data to shape strategy.
• Exposure to paid social, influencer marketing, and integrated campaigns.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Arabic language skills are advantageous but not essential.
