Social Media Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative, Web3 Social Media Manager who can confidently manage up to 6 client accounts simultaneously, owning strategy, execution, and day-to-day delivery. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, agency-style environment and understands how to adapt tone, messaging, and content across different Web3 brands and audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute social media strategies for 6 active client accounts at any given time
• Own daily posting, scheduling, and engagement across X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Instagram, Telegram, Discord, and emerging platforms
• Develop platform-specific content strategies tailored to each client's brand voice and objectives
• Write high-quality posts, threads, captions, and campaign content that simplify complex Web3 topics
• Coordinate with design, PR, and account teams to ensure aligned messaging and timely delivery
• Monitor Web3 trends, narratives, and crypto Twitter conversations to inform content direction
• Actively engage with communities to build trust, visibility, and brand authority
• Track performance, prepare reports, and optimize content based on insights and KPIs
• Support campaign launches, partnerships, and event coverage

Requirements

• 2-4+ years of social media management experience (agency or multi-account experience required)
• Proven ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously without sacrificing quality
• Strong understanding of Web3, crypto culture, and online communities
• Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills
• Experience with social media scheduling, analytics, and reporting tools
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable with deadlines

Nice to Have

• Previous agency-side experience
• Community management experience (Telegram / Discord)
• Basic design or short-form video skills (Canva, CapCut, Figma)
• Experience supporting PR or launch-driven campaigns
