The Role

We are looking for a creative and driven Social Media Manager to own and grow Elevate's social media presence across all platforms. This is an exciting opportunity to build something from the ground up — creating content that brings the Elevate lifestyle to life and positions us as a leading luxury real estate brand in the region.

You will work closely with our Head of Marketing to develop and execute a social media strategy that reflects the Elevate brand — aspirational, lifestyle-led and distinctive.

What You Will Be Doing

• Managing and growing Elevate's presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and emerging platforms
• Developing and executing a content strategy aligned to the Elevate brand pillars — Health, Wellness, Tribe, Purpose and Flow
• Building and managing monthly content calendars, coordinating with internal teams, agencies and external partners
• Overseeing content production end to end — creative briefs, copywriting and campaign execution
• Supporting go-to-market content for new developments and project milestones
• Managing paid social campaigns and optimising for performance
• Monitoring analytics and providing regular reporting on growth, engagement and results
• Staying ahead of platform trends and identifying opportunities to grow brand visibility
• Attending project launches, events and company activities to capture and create content in real time
• Ensuring brand consistency — tone of voice, design language and visual identity — across all platforms and all content

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum 3 to 4 years of proven experience managing social media for a brand — ideally within real estate, luxury, hospitality or lifestyle
• Strong understanding of content strategy, platform best practices, audience growth and analytics
• Experience managing content calendars and coordinating with multiple stakeholders
• Solid knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube
• Experience running paid social campaigns and reporting on performance
• Strong copywriting instincts and an eye for luxury aesthetics
• Hands on content creation skills — photography, videography and video editing are a strong advantage
• Proactive, creative and highly organised with a strong attention to detail
• Understanding of HNW and luxury audiences in the UAE is a plus
• Experience in real estate or hospitality brands is highly preferred
