Social Media Manager

We are seeking a full-time Social Media Manager to join our team on-site at our Obour City location. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing and executing social media strategies to enhance MAM's online presence. Daily responsibilities include content creation, posting across various social platforms, engaging with the audience, monitoring analytics, and optimizing campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer engagement. Collaborating closely with the marketing and design teams, the candidate will ensure consistent branding and voice across channels.

• Strong understanding of social media platforms, including content creation, planning, and scheduling
• Experience in community engagement, responding to comments, and fostering an online community
• Analytical skills to track social media performance and optimize strategies based on data insights
• Proficiency in social media tools, including analytics and scheduling platforms
• Experience with graphic design tools and video editing software is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a marketing team and meet tight deadlines
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is an advantage
• Familiarity with the engineering or manufacturing industry is preferred
