Job Description

One of our clients in Dubai is looking for Social Media Manager, who will be responsible for turning company into the most entertaining, trusted, and culturally relevant

wellness voice in the region, a destination where education meets, health and wellness and community is everything.

This is a highly creative, handson role for someone who loves ideating, filming, editing, storytelling, experimenting with trends, and building a brand

personality that people fall in love with.

Content Creation & Brand Voice

Plan, script, film and edit high impact short form content (IG Reels, TikTok, Shorts)

Turn complex health concepts into digestible, fun, bold, shareable content

Develop a distinct, recognisable company social voice, witty, informed, warm, and culturally in tune

Build a weekly/monthly content calendar tied to brand goals, launches and trending health themes

Maintain high aesthetic standards and brand consistency across all formats

Community Building

Engage daily across comments, DMs, Q&As and community prompts

Build a safe, supportive, educational environment rooted in trust

Surface insights, questions and emerging topics shaping the community's needs

Creators, Experts & Partnerships

Identify, brief and manage influencers, health professionals, UGC creators, and ambassadors

Co-create educational content with experts

Ensure everything produced aligns with company's science-backed, compliant messaging

Insights, Trends & Performance

Track and analyse performance metrics; refine strategy continuously

Identify cultural moments, regional trends and wellness conversations the brand should own

Innovate through new formats, series, story arcs and platform opportunities

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with the Founder and creative team on storytelling and messaging

Partner with growth to align content with paid strategy, retention, launches and funnels

Feed insights into product development, campaign ideation and brand evolution

Skills & Experience

4+ years managing social for a consumer, wellness, or creator led brand

Proven ability to create high-performing short-form video content

Expert understanding of IG + TikTok culture, humour, editing, and hooks

Strong creative instincts: you get what is funny, what is bold, what will resonate

Great copywriting, warm, witty, sharp, credible

Confident filming yourself and others, giving direction, and crafting ideas end-to-end

Proficient in CapCut, Adobe Suite, Canva, Figma or similar tools
