Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and self-driven Social Media Manager to build and manage the company's social media presence. This is a standalone role, ideal for a candidate who is comfortable working independently and setting the digital foundation of the brand.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating strategy, content, and processes, with the opportunity to grow and lead a larger team as the company expands its marketing function.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement the social media strategy
Create, plan, and publish engaging content across relevant platforms
Establish brand tone, visual guidelines, and content calendars
Manage daily social media activity and community engagement
Monitor, analyze, and report on performance and analytics
Stay up to date with digital trends and platform updates
Coordinate with management to align social media efforts with business objectives
Support brand visibility and market positioning across key regions
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
Strong understanding of content creation, platforms, and analytics
Proven ability to work independently and manage projects end to end
Creative mindset with strong communication and organizational skills
Experience building or scaling social media presence
Experience in B2B, trading, or industrial sectors is a plus
