Job Description

Reporting To

  • Senior Marketing Manager

Social Media Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute strategic social media plans across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
  • Align social media initiatives with overall marketing and brand strategies to drive engagement and brand awareness.
  • Plan and implement social media content calendars, ensuring a consistent brand voice and messaging.

Content Creation & Community Engagement

  • Create, curate, and oversee high-quality visual and written content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the creative and content teams to produce engaging videos, graphics, and storytelling content.

Analytics & Performance Monitoring

  • Track and analyze key social media metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, etc.) to optimize performance.
  • Generate detailed reports and insights to evaluate campaign success and inform future strategies.
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to enhance content performance.

Paid Campaigns & Advertising

  • Develop and manage social media advertising campaigns, optimizing budgets for maximum ROI.
  • Utilize platforms like Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Twitter Ads to run targeted campaigns.
  • Monitor ad performance and make data-driven decisions for improving reach and conversion rates.

Collaboration & Process Improvement

  • Work closely with internal teams (marketing, PR, creative) to ensure cross-channel consistency and seamless campaign execution.
  • Proactively suggest new content formats, engagement tactics, and platform opportunities to enhance brand storytelling.

Key Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in social media management, preferably in a marketing or creative agency.
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.
  • Excellent copywriting, communication, and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to create visually compelling content using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
  • Hands-on experience with social media analytics tools (Google Analytics, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, etc.).
  • Proven track record in running and optimizing paid social media campaigns.
  • Strong creative thinking and ability to generate engaging content ideas.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
