Job Description
We are searching for a dynamic and experienced Social Media Manager to lead our social media efforts and drive engagement across various platforms. As the Social Media/Ads Manager at NSM, you'll have the opportunity to shape our online presence, interact with our audience, and develop strategies that amplify our brand's message.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage compelling content for various social media platforms, showcasing our product range and unique offerings.
- Spot social and cultural trends early and turn them into timely, relevant content ideas.
- Adapt trends to fit different brand personalities and business goals, not just copy what's viral.
- Build our company's online presence by engaging with the followers.
- Focus on SEM (Search Engine Marketing) with Google PPC and Facebook/Instagram channels to design, deliver, and implement a performance marketing strategy.
- Translate online trends into real-world impact like footfall, inquiries, and sales.
- Take ownership of ideation, from concept to execution, not just posting what's given.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to refine strategies and optimize content for maximum impact.
- Collaborate with our marketing, sales, and design teams to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency.
- Assist in planning and creating short video content (e.g. YouTube Shorts, Reels, TikTok)
- Plan and execute social media ad campaigns to increase brand visibility, reach, and conversions.
- Executing, monitoring, and optimizing ROI-focused campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat and TikTok.
- Managing campaign budgets and recommending spending adjustments.
- Providing monthly reports and insights on campaign performance.
- Optimizing audience targeting for conversions and KPIs.
- Staying updated on industry trends and testing new channels.
- Analyzing data to provide actionable insights.
- Generating creative solutions to scale campaigns.
- Maintain communication and interactions among internal team members and external resources to resolve issues and queries.
Qualifications
- Must have 3+ years of experience in managing social media platforms and ad campaigns.
- Strong creative instinct with a proven ability to turn trends into campaigns that perform.
- Background in luxury, lifestyle, or hospitality brands is a strong plus.
- Someone who stays plugged into what's happening on social before everyone else does.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Collaborative team player with a proactive attitude and a drive for excellence.
