Social Media Manager Real Estate Developer
Role Overview
The Social Media Manager will lead the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of Rabdan Developments social media presence. The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of Dubai's real estate landscape, understands premium real estate brand positioning, and can deliver impactful digital content that drives engagement and brand equity.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with Rabdan company goals and project launch timelines.
- Benchmark against leading developers to ensure Rabdan's online presence is competitive and differentiated.
- Identify target audiences and create tailored content strategies for various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, Facebook, Snapchat, Google Business Profiles).
Content Creation & Management
- Oversee the creation of high-quality content including videos, reels, animations, testimonials, community stories, behind-the-scenes, internal employees and project highlights.
- Collaborate with graphic designer, photographer, videographer to maintain a consistent premium content look and feel.
- Plan, Create and Manage content calendars, ensuring timely posting around key events, milestones, and campaigns.
Community Engagement
- Engage with audiences daily across platforms to drive conversations, respond to inquiries, and enhance brand loyalty.
- Monitor and manage comments, direct messages, and online feedback, escalating client inquiries when needed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, media partners, and brand advocates relevant to the real estate sector.
- Manage Google Business Profiles for all project locations ensuring updated content.
Social Media Campaign Execution and coverage
- Support property launches, events, and exhibitions (property roadshows, open houses) with real-time content.
Analytics & Optimization
- Track performance metrics, generate detailed monthly reports, and present insights to Marketing HOD and Management.
- Optimize content using data-driven decisions to increase reach, engagement, and ROI.
- Stay updated on platform changes, trends, and best practices - particularly in luxury real estate storytelling.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
- 4-6 years of social media management experience, ideally within real estate, luxury brands, or lifestyle sectors in the UAE.
- Proven experience managing social media for brands with high aesthetic standards.
- Strong understanding of Dubai's real estate market and customer profile.
- Expertise in content creation, copy writing, video direction, and visual storytelling.
- Proficiency with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Later, etc.).
- Familiarity with platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Google Business Profile).
- Excellent communication, creativity, and project management skills.
- Ability to shoot from mobile phone and work in a fast-paced environment and manage strict timelines around project launches.
- UAE Driving license is mandatory.
