We're hiring a Social Media Manager in the trading niche to build and run a multi-platform content ecosystem and you must be comfortable being on camera for some content.
What you'll own
- Content strategy + execution across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, Discord
- Daily content planning, posting, and performance optimization
- Turning long-form into high-retention shorts (hooks, pacing, storytelling)
- Community management + engagement (especially Telegram/Discord)
- Working closely with the team to extract ideas and ship consistently
Must-have skills
- Proven experience growing social accounts (portfolio/results required)
- Strong video editing (cutting, captions, pacing, sound design)
- Confident using AI tools for scripting, ideation, editing workflows, repurposing
- Original ideas + sharp trend awareness (not generic reposting)
- On-camera confidence: you'll appear in some videos (commentary, explainers, reactions, behind-the-scenes)
Nice to have
- Trading/finance knowledge (preferred)
- Experience with creator brands, media companies, or trading communities
