Role Description

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to enhance the company's online presence. Key responsibilities include managing social media accounts, creating and curating content, optimizing posts for reach and engagement, and analyzing social media performance. The role requires close collaboration with marketing teams and constant communication with stakeholders to ensure brand alignment and visibility.

We're launching (and scaling) the official social presence for four brands under Rimo Group. You'll own the weekly content engine across LinkedIn (primary) plus Facebook, Twitter/X, and TikTokwithout fluff. This role is for someone who can think like a strategist, write like a human, and execute like a machine.

What you'll do

  • Build and run the weekly content calendar for 4 brands
  • Write and publish high-quality posts (especially LinkedIn) for:
  • Rimo Group: investor-grade credibility & partnerships
  • Rimo Global: B2B acquisition (agents + suppliers)
  • Rimo Handling: airline trust (IRROPS, baggage, airport ops)
  • Rimo Tours: demand generation + trust + service proof
  • Turn complex operations/tech into simple, compelling storytelling
  • Coordinate approvals (CEO-sensitive posts) and maintain compliance (no confidential ops details)
  • Work closely with the Designers & Video Editors to turn ideas into carousels/videos
  • Track performance weekly and improve based on data (not vibes)

Qualifications

  • Strong B2B writing + executive tone (LinkedIn)
  • Experience running content for multiple brands or complex product lines
  • Comfortable with light analytics and iterative improvement
  • You don't need to be viral. You need to be credible and consistent
  • Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
  • Strong skills in Content Strategy and Writing
  • Excellent Communication and collaboration abilities
  • Familiarity with analytics tools to monitor and report on social media performance
  • Creative mindset with the ability to adapt to evolving trends and technologies
  • Knowledge of the travel and transportation industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
