1. Social Media Account Management

• Manage the company's Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
• Maintain consistent branding, messaging and tone across all accounts.
• Prepare and manage weekly and monthly posting schedules.
• Publish posts, Stories, Reels, videos and company announcements.
• Ensure accounts remain active, professional and visually consistent.
• Monitor comments, mentions, tags and messages.
• Coordinate responses to public comments and reputation-sensitive inquiries.

2. Content Strategy & Planning

• Develop monthly and quarterly social media strategies.
• Create a detailed content calendar.
• Identify content topics, formats and campaigns that support business objectives.
• Research trends, viral formats, sounds and emerging social media opportunities.
• Develop content pillars such as:
• Property and project presentations
• Market insights
• Investment education
• Company news
• Agent/executive personal branding
• Client success stories
• Lifestyle and luxury content
• Behind-the-scenes company content
• Create concepts and briefs for Reels, interviews, property videos and campaigns.

3. Content Production Coordination

• Coordinate photographers, videographers, designers, editors and copywriters.
• Organize property shoots and corporate shoots.
• Prepare scripts, talking points and creative briefs.
• Ensure content is delivered according to deadlines.
• Review videos, graphics and copy before publication.
• Maintain a consistently premium visual standard.
