Social Media Manager

We're looking for a Social Media Manager to join our growing real estate team in Dubai.

If you're creative, know what makes people stop scrolling, and have experience leading a team of content creators, we want to hear from you!

What you'll be doing:

• Manage and grow our social media platforms
• Lead, manage and coordinate our team of content creators
• Develop and oversee the content strategy across all platforms
• Plan and coordinate Reels, Stories, campaigns, property content and events
• Keep the team ahead of social media trends and new content formats
• Work closely with agents and the marketing team to create engaging real estate content
• Track social media performance, engagement and growth
• Bring new creative ideas and concepts to strengthen our online presence
• Set content goals, deadlines and priorities for the creative team

We're looking for someone who:

• Has proven experience in social media management
• Has experience leading or managing a content/creative team
• Understands Reels, TikTok, Instagram and short-form video
• Is creative, proactive and highly trend-aware
• Understands social media analytics and performance
• Real estate experience is a strong advantage
• Dubai/UAE experience is mandatory
