Job Description:

We are seeking a Social Media Manager with at least 6 years of experience, ideally in an agency environment, to join our marketing team. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. This role requires a deep understanding of social media trends, analytics, and community management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies to align with business goals and objectives.
• Create engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Monitor and engage with the online community to foster positive relationships.
• Analyze social media performance and adjust strategies based on insights.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and platform updates.
• Collaborate with the content and design teams to ensure visual and written content aligns with brand guidelines.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in social media management, with at least 2 years in an agency environment.
• Proven track record of growing social media communities and driving engagement.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
• Excellent writing, communication, and copywriting skills.
• Ability to develop creative content strategies and campaigns.
