Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo for a Social Media Marketing Manager. The role involves managing and implementing social media strategies, creating and optimizing content for various platforms, and analyzing performance metrics to drive engagement and brand awareness. The Social Media Marketing Manager will collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with overall business goals and maintain a strong online presence for the company. Responsibilities also include staying updated on social media trends and implementing innovative strategies to enhance the company's digital footprint.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Social Media Marketing, Social Media Optimization (SMO), and managing various platforms
  • Strong skills in Content Strategy and Digital Marketing
  • Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to build community engagement and interact with an audience effectively
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics for performance optimization
  • Familiarity with social media tools and platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter
  • Experience in crafting engaging and visually appealing social media content
  • Creative mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach
  • Relevant educational background in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Experience in Content Strategy and Writing for social media campaigns
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills to evaluate and enhance social media performance
  • Knowledge of digital trends and ability to adapt strategies for evolving social media landscapes
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Experience in the travel industry and multilingual communication skills are a plus
