Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Social Media Marketing Specialist with 3 years of experience. The role is based in Cairo, Egypt, with the flexibility for some remote work. The specialist will develop and execute social media marketing strategies, create engaging social media content, schedule posts, analyze performance metrics, and collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with broader objectives. The candidate will also be responsible for engaging with the online community, fostering brand loyalty, and staying up-to-date with industry trends to optimize digital marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Social Media Marketing and knowledge of industry best practices
• Proficiency in Social Media Content Creation, with a creative mindset and the ability to generate engaging posts
• Experience in Digital Marketing with a focus on online campaigns and audience targeting
• Excellent Communication and Marketing skills, including the ability to convey brand messaging effectively
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement
• Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid team environment, balancing office and remote work
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field
